E-rehab, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected through the review-generation application, how it is used, and the measures we take to protect it. By using this application, you agree to the practices described below.
The application helps patients and customers write reviews for healthcare and service businesses. We do not collect or request personal identifiers such as your name, address, phone number, or email.

When you submit these inputs, our system uses an AI model to generate a draft review. You can edit, rewrite, or discard this text at any time. This application functions solely as a drafting tool — you choose if and where to publish your review. E-rehab, LLC does not post or publish reviews on your behalf.
If you indicate dissatisfaction, you may be directed to complete a feedback form. Your message is emailed directly to the business owner and is not stored by us after successful delivery.
However, you always retain the right to publish a public review — positive or negative — on third-party platforms such as Google or Facebook. In accordance with FTC guidance and federal law, E-rehab, LLC and its clients do not engage in review gating. A clearly visible link is provided on the feedback page to ensure that all users — including those submitting lower ratings (1, 2, or 3 stars) — have equal opportunity to post a public review.

The application uses Google Gemini AI to process text inputs and generate review drafts. No personally identifiable information or protected health information (PHI) is requested or transmitted. All processing occurs under secure technical controls.
We retain generated review text indefinitely for internal quality control, safety monitoring, and improvement of the application. These stored drafts include only the review text and timestamp and are not publicly displayed or shared by E-rehab.
If you approve a review for publication on a business’s website (for example, your clinic’s site), the text you approve will be transmitted to that business for posting. We do not control or manage how third-party sites display or maintain reviews.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. However, no internet-based system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
This application is intended for use by adults in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be posted with a new “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

By accessing or using this review-generation application (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides a review-drafting engine that helps you create and edit potential review text based on optional inputs. The generated text is a draft only — you review, modify, or replace it entirely before deciding whether to publish it. You remain the sole author and publisher of any review you choose to post on a third-party platform (such as Google or Facebook) or on a business’s website. E-rehab, LLC does not post, publish, or endorse review content.
If you choose not to publish your review on a third-party platform, you may optionally approve the text for publication on the business’s website. Publication occurs only after your explicit approval.
All software, design, text prompts, and materials within the Service are owned or licensed by E-rehab, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
E-rehab may retain copies of generated review text solely for internal testing, troubleshooting, and compliance monitoring. Such retained content is never publicly posted or used for marketing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-rehab, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-rehab, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any content you post publicly.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and E-rehab waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
